You may not like it but don't be dragging Lorretta and Tammy in to support your argument. Lorretta has said that 1) She loves Reba. 2) Rebas music has helped her a lot. 3) Anyone who didn't try to learn something from Reba didn't know much. 4) Reba was one of the best 'girl singers' out there. CMT Giants has it on record so stop calling Lorretta a liar. Tammy may be dead but Dolly and Barbara Mandrell both love Reba, 3 Queens disagree with you. This song is a female take on a male song.

Maybe the background singer was a bit shy. Some very talented performers prefer to support rather than be in the spotlight, they can enjoy their music and the thrill of live performing without having to carry the load, it's safer than being the one in the spotlights glare.
