There are a few things which are done poorly in this video: 1. Holding the needle driver so close to the needle is dangerous, and means you dont utilise the lever action of your needle driver. 2. Using the gloved hand to withdraw the needle from the skin. 3. Suturing extremely tightly results in tissue necrosis, and unsightly scarring. 4. When suturing, an attempt should be made to not further traumatise the skin!
