i turn off my computer gets to a certain point, then it pops up a picture and the fans are still running but the hardware is off. anyone know wtf is going on?

why comp boot slowly? cause you installed so much crap in your comp that you dont use! god and if you have multiple users log the other people off then its a bit faster but dont install so many programs cause it slows your pc down when you boot back up i had xp and it took 10 min on quadcore to boot up god.....

right click on my computer>proprieties>advanced>under performance>settings>let windows choose what's best for my computer.

Hey i want to ask a question. My friend has this problem. When he presses start>turn off computer the turn off log off and restart pops up and all the buttons are in the old Windows 95. He wants for those buttons to be in windows XP and i don't know how to change it. PLEASE REPLY HOW TO CHANGE IT TO THE XP VIEW!?!?!? PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!

there 4 ways to turn off. You miss, Alt + Ctrl + delete. Then Turn off. The f4 was a new one for me.
