Okay, this is what I think happened to little susie based on some facts and the lyrics.. She was a girl who died in 1972, and don't think it was ever solved if it was a murder or a suicide.

It seems there have been different accounts of this... What I used to hear is that it was really a murder of a very young girl back in 1972 :/

He mentions the name Susie in other songs too, like in Blood On The Dance Floor and Superfly Sister.. I'm wondering if he's making reference to the same Susie of this song or if there's another girl with another story which is called Susie too?

suzie(not her real name)took her own life in 1972 due 2 dispair & lonelyness her father had left when she was very young leaving the family with very little, the mother passed, so too eventually did her frail grandparents she was addopted by other family members but they did not take her in she was left alone, it was the first time a child had ended her life and who was to blame..everyone hence the word killed!
