my dad is and always will be a huge kiss fan. i always scoffed at them alot, too. but ace, man... the guy is just way over the rest of them. just a badass boozed up, high as hell rock and roll legend with more than a bit of talent. definitely the best out of all of them and this is certanily my favorite kiss album and i've heard them all.

I was going to write the same thing cmklion till I saw your comment. Really brings back some memories doesn't it? Hard to believe so many years have gone by.

I personally think Paul Stanley's album was the best. His vocals outshine genes, peters and aces. That's a fact :)
But anyway, Ozone pwns :P :P :P :P

I'm slowly softening my stance on kiss. mostly because of Ace Frehley. This is a bad ass song.

KISS Solo Albums in Order:
1)Ace Frehley
2)Paul Stanley
3)Gene Simmons
4)Peter Criss
Additional Notes: I love them all and listen to them each day. "Fractured Mirror" the instrumental is my favorite song easily from Ace. Paul Stanley's "Take Me Away (Together as One)" from that album. Gene Simmon's "Radioactive" from that one and Peter's "You Can't stop the Rain." Overall, Ace Frehley outshines Gene's, Paul's and, especially Peter's albums in musicianship to be my favorite by far. |
