what makes me cheerful is being positive, and also knowing that you are more positive than others. This can boost your confidence as well as your ability to help yourself and others.

Did you say "whaite ballences"? I don't know what that is but the second time you said it...
"(that's another good thing)... white ballences!" you sound exactly like Lyra Belacqua from The Golden Compass... and that makes me very cheerful. Also snow... very cheerfull - I always have to go out barefoot for a few minutes when it snows. And - I would find lipstick on MY hand a rather cheerful thing actually :-D
