What is professional about expensive non-medical, non-trained personel practicing,"cult style programming and behavior modification techniques which rely upon(pseudo)psychological manipulation of the subject", AND collection of personal (mostly embarrassing)data to be stored, and "culled" later if needed to control/blackmail that person into staying in the cult, or keeping quiet if they leave.

To reach the highest levels you can expect to pay around $360,000. If you cannot afford that you can pay thru working for the Sea Org. You will "earn" around $15 per week and work approx. 16-20 hours per day, 7 days a week. You will have no health coverage, pension or 401k. You will rarely be allowed to see family, particularly if they refuse to "join" the "church". You will also live in deplorable conditions.

when I first "joined," I bought the books and applied them for $100-200. that was fabulous
it depends on what you wish to do, and how you wish to do it. there are many "courses," and one is not obligated to do ANY of them
one can get "auditing" "professionally" for a lot of money, or on course for much less.
one CAN spend many thousands of dollars for advanced courses or auditing, but that is up to you. |
