this has to do with time, it appears there is some sort of energetic (almost electrical) type of spark before the plane hits, then the plane enters the building. I believe this might be a kinetic buildup or something that is a split second. Nothing has time to ignite until inside the building. All of the film there is in slow motion, so time is dilated there. There is no mystery, it is all by the laws of physics, but I am not a physics professor. Hope that helps.

I dont know about a conspiracy but at 1:43/ 1:44 you see an explosion as the plane hits but there is no explosion until the rest of the plane goes through. if there is a good explanation hit me up.
