This isnt Woodstock. And thats what Joe does. Thats his signature style. He flails around like that every time he performs. Hes kinda Air Guitar'n and playin the music with his hands.

Sorry to be the one to tell u man, Joe dosent have Autisim. He took alot of drugs in his younger years, and that is one of the occasions when he was trippin'. Dont talk shit about stuff you dont know about man.
