Thank you! I really enjoyed this video although I need to watch again as I'm not used to Gudo Nishijima's accent. (What is the term for the cushion?) "Gymnastics without motion". I like that description.

Have any of your tried meditateing while focusing with your eyes completely open,I read it is a little more difficult,but very effective!Lol,if that old monk can do the lotus position,there's still hope...lol.
