Exactky Schmykl. I've lived in US, Sweden, France, UK & Belgium and have some (Im healthy) experience in all their health systems. My grandad & brother are docs who worked in US and EU. 1. Socialized healthcare has DIFFERENT problems. 2. US healthcare companies are in a unique polsition cuz pple dont understand medicine to SCAM pple in US. Solution? Dunno!

people who have the knee jerk "socialism is not the answer" need to seriously consider this: is the current system working? is it efficient? if people say yes to either or both, then they are oblivious to whats going on around them

This comment makes no sense at all! He has recently dropped a ton of weight, "laid off the burgers", and even took up excercise and fruits/vegetables! Didnt you watch the video? Redundant, through and through.

It costs more out of our pockets paying for all the health costs involved in our current system than it would through paying through taxes.

Well, the current system isn't working, and we are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars every year for health insurance (those of us who can afford it) and our coverage stinks! And when you see how universal health care is working in other countries, it makes our country look pretty pathetic.

Yeah if we let all the poor people die then...ugh there wont be anymore and....ugh we will be the first industrialized nation to wipe out poverty....see What a crock this man is entirely right about this sub-par medical system that caters to wealthy insurance and pharmaceutical terrorists.

Socialized medicine is.... exactly what we need.. I believe that if we dont have it by time i get out of college.. I'm moving out of the United states back to where my family came from in Europe... its really sad, but i'm afraid 2 see my parents get older and not be able 2 take care of medical bills..

I just don't understand this trust for the government. It scares me a lot that people want the government to control so much in our lives. The Free Market could do a much better job if the government would get its greedy, power hungry hands out of our lives.
