I've read the R6 is Peaky. not much grunt below 10k. Good tech in it though... better track bike than street from what I've read.

Dude I started with the Brand new GXXER 600 and now days i regret not having started with a 1000 since at the end of the line everyone ends up buying a 1000 no matter what brand it is tho...CCs are just weight difference if u can hold the way of a 1000 then go for it at the end the power of the bike is all in ur risk not in the motor it will go 40 mph if thats what u want...U JUST COULDNT AFFORD THE SUPERsport bike...
