Until today I have always recommended Speed Kills as the ultimate advanced guitar technique program. Speed Kills has been the shredder's bible since the early 90's. It's still one of the best, but it has been surpassed today by the release of Speed Kills 3. This DVD will either inspire and motivate you beyond your current level of playing ability or convince you to find a new hobby. It's that challenging. Still, you don't have to play these exercises at 200 beats per minute to get results. Start slow and gradually increase speed until you're capable of keeping up with Michael. At least you can aspire to keep up with Michael. That's difficult. The point is, regardless of what tempo you play exercises, your dexterity, speed, and coordination will improve beyond belief. Speed Kills 3 is now regardless of what tempo you play these licks, exercises, and motifs your dexterity, speed, and coordination will improve beyond belief.

I was talking to MAB when everyone else left and he was about to leave, he's one of the nicest guys and so down to earth. He showed me some tricks for getting down arpeggios (which he said were hard for him too). But after 9 years of palying, I'm finally starting to get 'em!!!

THEY ARE NOT WARM UP EXERCISES THEY FACE MELTING SOLO'S all the people at my school who know of MAB say i look like him coz my hair is almost exactly the same..but i'll never play like MAB (a.k.a. GOD!) MAB FUCKING RULES
