It's quite easy to fly, but take offs require careful technique. It is not a good first model, but it is a good second.

I've had my eye on the 1/4 PnP Cub too. It may have to wait as I have recently built a Lancair and a I also put a Saito .72 in this Cub...

if u like hangar-9s cub u need to get the 1/4 scale plug and play, thats what i went to and i love it.

I agree. The Evolution .46 lasted for only three gallons of fuel. It has since been replaced with a new Saito .72 four-stroke. I hope to get some video of the new engine this weekend.

Nice plane. Why doesn't H9 or Horizon that same plane with a 4 stroke engine it would sound so much better with a Saito 56 up front.

This is the Plug-N-Play version available for about $400. You'll alsso need to buy a transmitter, receiver, and field support equipment. Total investment was about $750.
