Strange thing. Here in the Netherlands, and also in West Africa I saw women that suffer from the side effects of bleaching. The skin turns in a horrible landscape of red bulbs and craters. White skin is just necessary to generate enough vitamin D in nothern climate conditions. Adaption of life. Dark skin women better care to take extra vit D, if they live in Europe. Because they haven't this adaption, make enough in African conditions. Vit D shortage can result in deterioration of the bones.
