thank u dear manjula for ur useful recipies, i want to ask two questions, 1-can i use powder whole milk and melt it in water and boil it to make ras malai if i didn't hv liquid whole milk? 2-can i boil paneer balls strait in milk to make ras malai rather than boil it in water and sugar then in milk?sorry for my funny questions!hope u hv time to answer me dear..

pls would u like to clarify on the 2 percent of milk.. im confused.. will it b powder milk or fullcream?

A cup is an american measurement, you can find websites which will do the meaurement conversion for you. In this case 3 cups is about 700 ml or 25 fluid ounces.

How would you prepare icecream with Ras Malai flavor? Do you think I just put all the ingredients together, and prepare the icream with them? In that case, do you think I can add the rasgulla to the icecream mix plus the Ras Malai ingridients?
