Im also 13, it really shoudln't, working out and eating right is sapossed to speed up your metabolism, witch means you will continue to grow, I lift weights, and am starting to diet to try to get a musclular body haha. If you workout while you are young you are able to continue to stay muscular so you will star healthy through your life. :]

I don't think people realize that losing more than 1-2 lbs of weight a WEEK you run the risk of burning off MUSCLE but im sure noone will listen to me and look for the fast and easy way to burn off all your body fat. but honestly there isnt one. unless you have a low body fat percentage to start with.
