i just bought a diamond hd 2400 256mb ddr2 pci graphics card and im hoping to get a boost from my graphics now which is intel 845gv integrated graphics

try lookin around for a HD2400 PCI graphics card. theyre pretty good for pci. i have one now instead of that X1300 and its way better

hell yeah man! i got a HD2400 now and i can play HL2 at 1680x1050 all high no aa, and get roughly the same results :D

Hey I also use a Dell 2400 to play games LOL. But my graphics card is a VisionTek x1300 but its basicly the same and the Diamond one you have. Your CPU beats mine since is just a normal 2.5Ghz P4. At least the ram for it is cheap at ebay.

PCI-E cards are not backwards compatible with PCI card are they? PCI cards are hard to come by in the shops
