Not really. So far I'm preferring the 70s for the classic rock, the 80s for the Pop music, and the 90s for anything but rap and emo music.

I've seen this band many times, the last one @ Loughborough university in the mid/late 80's. I regarded them as a bit of a joke after "up the junction", how wrong was that? I now love that song & almost everything they've done. A top quality songwriting duo, this I think is one of their best

The 80's had it's fair share of embarrassing shit, especially compared to the 70's and 90's. There was still a lot of quality music, though (The Smiths, The Cure, New Order, etc) |
