Is the gearing to propel the car patented? I'm not a engineer or anything ,just want to learn how it works. The riders are pulling at different speeds yet theres equal foward momentum.

I would say simple principles of collective power is its advantage over a bike,1 rider can rest, like dafting on the same bike. Has E-assist been considered?

This is SOOOO cool. I imagine it would be particularly useful on large corporate campuses where groups might need to travel for distances just outside of practicality of foot.
Excellent execution guys!

Fair question, the FM4 is a geometry prototype for a new generation of alternative vehicles that fit onto a common guideway known as the SyncGuideway. The new vehicle called the Imagine features an exoskeletal safety cage chassis, dual electric motors, variable human power input, body-steering patented chassis, navigation, wi-fi, and SyncGuideway compatibility as standard equipment.
