1tbsp Honey
half a Lemon (juice only)
250ml almost boiling water
but you have to drink it and and not pour it up your arse,best of luck. and if you get a sore thraot,a lump of vaseline bloody usually does the trick again down the throat and not up the (i'm sure you get it)
