Although, I bet it would look close to that even if they did use game graphics on the inside of the suits.
From someone who plays Crysis on maximum settings, I can assure you, those are gameplay graphics.

My computer would simply die with that game. IT'S AMAZING! PS3 and 360 were too nubish to be able to run this!
