try putting the volume on the narration as high as u can and make sure you are not moving away from the mic when u talk

im having a problem:
i have a short video. i narrarated the video and then put in the music, so that the music and narration overlap. somehow my narration fades out and i can barely hear myself. i've tried adjusting the volume on the music and it's still a problem. does anyone know what's happening?
