Pretty harsh for calling a country of individuals totally dumb. I do get what you mean. It does get irritating to speak to and listen to a majority of ignorant people. I find myself get mad at times, but as long as I live here I will learn to tolerate this type of thing.

How can we allow so much grotesque violence in their films, but show something eluding to sexual feelings becomes 'too horrible'. Mattie cared for Leon and she expressed it that way because she was so naive. Leon cared enough to deny her. Nothing wrong with that. Especially not compared to a 2-hour torture-fest of Jesus Christ.
I'm so sick of being related to these hypocritical self-involved 'American's. We have such a wonderful country with freedom of speech and we just throw it all away.

Oye Enriquelmx, es cierto que a partir de esta película a Natalie Portman se le quiso asignar papales de Lolita,al grado de ofrecerle el papel de Lolita de 1997, pero ella lo rechazo debido a que le parecia muy fuerte la película y que le iba a ser contraproducente en su carrera ya que la iban a encacillar en ese personaje. |
