Sounds more like the E.U wants to buy Russian oil, but the political structure of the E.U is so flawed they cannot make a decision that will lead to a deal which is annoying for Russia.
I figured this would happen. They need more singular government.

What differences? E.U. wants to strip mine Russia and Russia says fck you. That's all there is. Anything else is just propaganda. |
