There was no cocaine in Elvis' body at time of death. The main cause of his death was from clogged ateries to his heart. The original autopsy was evaluated by another dr and there was no indication that the immediate cause was drugs. It was a sudden and violent heart attack with the drugs contributing to his heart problems along with all the fatty food he ate.
