so whats the solution i wonder? I heard some on the left advocate a policy whereby all elected offices should hold 50% men 50% women, I feel very sad that we should NEED such a legislation but sometimes I thought it might be a good idea, thats one way to make femininity acceptable in the arena i know from writing to my reprisentatives the females amongs them have been much more sensative and responsive

i agree with you, but thats the same weapon the male opponents are using against women.. so the female leaders are basicly speaking the same language to communicate power. dude check the vedio they made fun of her voice.. btw i dont support her im just using her as an example to support what i see..

so you're tellin me just bcuz a person has a male body can rule over multi billion $ dollar society and people? and his education and his maturity level and even strength as a person has nothing to do with it.. im not saying we should equal men with women thats lack of ambition cause most of ya'll proved that you're bulls with no brain with all of my respect im saying if a women is qualified there's nothing will stop her not just punches but even broken bone. and if she deserves it she'll get IT

I was being sardonic with the "big girls" comment. I detest political correctness.

it's a great video one of those journalists behaves disgracefully unfotunately many of the women who succeed in politics do so by showing many of the worst shades of masculinity such as Clinton, Thatcher, Rice, Widdecombe, and others they all seem somewhat "butch" - that is what the system demands big masculine egos that battle over being the alphareprisentative and argue over problems instead of solving them

Silvsilvchan - I said Big boy rules for a reason. At the Presidential level it is about winning and defeating your opponent. Not coexisting or coming to a gentle understanding with them.

nohrag - I disagree with you. Society has nothing to do with asking girls to settle for 2nd place. How many studies have come out that have prove that men & women are just different? You don't have to teach a boy to take risks. Or to be aggressive. Males on our own seek to link up with large groups and within those large groups fight for power. Men understand if you want the #1 spot you will take hard punches. Women want the power without taking any hits. Not realistic.

italiandude: womens' and mens' biological brains and physics are made uniquely different to add room for more creativety and options BUT i absolutly agree with you on the role that the society takes raisning up both parties that shapes thier thinking and mold it to the way they perfome later.. in theory encouraging men to seek the power and to get the Gold metal in our race and girls settling for the 2nd best position and be satisfied with a silver metal.

dude seriously the bible is right a man speaks from his heart and those men are thinking of woman as sex object and icon, i'm thinking how did we let men like that to disrespect us as wives, daughters and moms and about 52 % of our society.. and which one of us on a professional level mentions the word vagina infront of our bosses to say it ON freaking national TV on a news chanel.
Silvsilvchan (September 5, 2008 at 9:14 am)
Big boy and big girl. Don't forget to be politically correct. One day a woman will be president. Thank God it won't be Hillary Clinton. Palin offends me slightly less than the usual suspects, like her running mate, and their opponents in Obama and Biden. But honestly that might have a lot to do with my not knowing much about her. If there is any group I am bias against it is politicians.
