"Lo, she has spoken! Cowboy hats is back!" Seriously - this is Madonna at her best, which translates to pretty good pop because most of Madonna is so thin, it has a listening shelf life of two weeks. It's perfect for her: hot gay cowboys dancing, her obligatory groping of herself, and a very good song that keeps her voice in its small, non-annoying range.
