the only reason that many of the turkish looks like bulgarians is because most of the turkish are bulgarians with changed religion and name during the turkish ocopation (500 years)

Ancient Bulgars are turkic clans from Ogur branch speaking a Turkic language which it's only survivor is Chuvash. Modern Bulgarians have nothing to do with ancient Bulgars, they are mainly Slavs conquered by them.

Bulgars are not from a turkish tribe. You have to read some History books before you talk shit like that.Bulgars came from a part of todays russia.Maybe in your Tirkish shools you learn shit like that.This why the most of Bulgarians have similiar Names to russians and are orthodox.The Turks in south of Bulgaria just settled there when the bulgaria was under Osman-Empire.Just like the Gagauz people in Moldova or even in Bulgaria.Bulgars are Slavic people and there is nothing turkishg on them.
