Hmm i installed it cuz i keep gettin a pop up on my computer [everytime i open a computer file,like my picture file]The pop up keeps sayin tht i have a virus and recommends me to installed IE AnitVirus 3.2 any way ta stop it from poppin up....?

Install SpyHunter or Malwarebytes Anti Malware to get rid of it. AVG does not work
