it's not the world cup theme. ESPN used this and others like where the streets have no name and beautiful day to make the WC2006 teasers with voices from the band speaking over it. But U2 are not the kind of band that sells their songs to commercials, events nor campaigns, despite some US politicians use it nonetheless
