This question might sound really stupid but does anyone know where the video on the bridge is filmed? I've seen the electrical post (? not sure exactly what it is called) that seems to have oil bursting out of it on the cover of the novel Requiem for a Dream. If someone could let me know where this is that'd be great :)

the first time i heard this song was on a holiday in Ireland, we got a lift from two drunk and stoned Irishmen who were driving like crazy. When this song played everything seamed so surreal, we forgot how afraid we were, but we remembered this song
