Hey i was meditating last night and i just started doing it and it was wierd i was sitting in pitch black and it seemed if everything was getting darker and noises where getting muffled\sounds dieing out, can some one with expierence clear this up for me?

well first of you should not med with the video it is just telling you how to then you can go somewhere other and do it and stoping meditation will be natural

I plan on never quitting, i bet you didnt smoke marijuana pure did you, if you smoke it with tobacco or anything else it is more harmfull. when its pure it does virtually no harm.
you could cook with it really does solve the problem though. |
