No i think you'll find its a hobby a falcon that looks like a peregrine falcon but smaller and red underbelly marking and the other bird is a buzzard

At 0:27 to 0:30 thats a Peregrine Falcon attacking! and the big bird being attacked looks like a Red Tailed Hawk. Most likely the Hawk is getting a bit to close to the Falcons nest.
