DrewBaye, a traditional Nautilus HIT program would leave you with muscles that have no support in the tendons and joins, as machine work just trains muscles, not your joints. The moment you'd hit a real weight you'd find yourself in the hospital with multiple tears in your elbows, shoulders, knees, etc.

Seems pretty good for ppl with moderate physical fitness. Training done at boxing was so much more demanding...
