I was born in Hong Kong and used to watch the planes taking off and landing at Kai Tak as my hobby. I miss that airport. I found it amazing that the airport was so close to the city ten years ago. But now the new Chep Lap Kok International Airport is 30 minutes away from the city by Train. It has been voted the world's best airport since yesr 2000.

People think this is the craziest approach in the world. There are many like this. Take fore example the LFMN Saleya 22R Approach, at least it doesnt have the IGS.
