Great video! Have you thought about doing any more, focusing on other parts of the body?

Good Question, Generally most people do pullups or pulldowns along with a sagittal row as their back routine. The primary muscles involved in this movement (lats & teres major) are internal rotators. Quite powerful ones at that. The routine I've put together emphasizes the external rotators, quadratus lumborum & obliques. I've found that most people need more of these exercises to balance themselves out. You can reintegrate them later or if you know your posture is neutral, you Can include them.

I would first try the exercises with no weight and if you don't experience any discomfort after two days go ahead and add a light load the next time you do it. Also consider massaging out the muscles I suggested in the most recent comment from a youtuber.

This is definitely a great adjunct to abdominal routines that primarily consist of trunk flexion. Though this is not a "six pack building" program. |
