Hehe, the fire control system looks like a pimped out Xbox controller. Pretty sweet. I didn't know Sweden was producing such high-tech artillery. At least we stay on par with the rest

Why would you need to be rich to produce a great weapon in wartime? the limiting factors should be skilled manpower and the raw resources, germany had the first but lacked in the later. Russia had both. as for the T-34, it was a graet tank but one-ono-ne with a panther, think we both know the outcome.
