It was about $35 USD, bought on eBay. It's a "Dazzle 80" by Pinnacle. It's not a capture card, it's a USB device that has red-white-yellow and S-video inputs.

Red Ring of Death. Means my 360 is no longer accessible so I've either got to use someone else's 360 with my HD, or get mine repaired =P
