The press reports that Bush put Treasury Secretary Paulson's proposal on the table without any provisions or changes.
Obama was pushed very hard, but it was him that added provisions for increased oversight,
relief for homeowners facing foreclosure and limits on executive compensation for chief executives of firms that receive government help.
McCain was with Bush, again, and gets no credit.
Clearly, Obama's law savvy paid off *hugely* people ! A landmark intervention !

This number is their defend denying poverty relieves but increasing income tax. How would people, while living on streets but continue, arrive at work and pay the government tax? People have to disconnect this, governments should let alone the Wall Street entertainment industry and focus back to the need of livings of average people. Corporations, like Apple and Microsoft, can move out, but people (the power around the world) would come and stay.
