You are right on the others but Teddy Riley is from Richmond Va. along with Timbaland. They went to Va. Beach and discovered Parell and the Neptunes also where they filmed Rump Shakka Rex N Effect Back to Timbaland, who found Missy in Portsmouth Va. and Magoo in Norfolk.
