I first heard the Cryan Shames a couple of days ago. Jangle Pop Radio, one of Live365 internet radio stations, played a tune of theirs. A great tuneful band- the track they played sounded somewhat like New Colony Six.
You guys in Chicago had quite a scene in the 60s.
