How about instead of focusing on how he died, we focus on how to live? Instead of abusing alcohol, learn to be responsible. I really doubt Hide would want people to ban alcohol from their lives because it may or may not have played a part in his death. Enjoy yourselves, but know your limits.

That's right! Well I sometimes think about the death thing, I have to admit, but mostly I think that hide lives forever in his music and all the memories we have about him. Okay, now I was bit over-dramatic, I was 4 years old when he died, but still.

He may have died while drunk(and yeah, his accidental death was caused by it, and it may not have happened if he wasn't drunk while using the towel to remove stress from his shoulders)but I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted us to be all against alcohol. I mean, it was that he drank enough to become drunk that was dangerous. Small amounts or reasonable amounts of alcohol is okay. I understand where you're coming from, but I think hide wasn't the kind of guy who'd want people to hurt because of him.
