This sounds very intriguing. These are all good ideas, and sound like the premis for a great story, novel, or "virtual world" to base a series of novels upon. If in fact what he is saying is the natural order of higher civilization (and who knows either way whether it is or not) I'd say that we'd destroy ourselves before reaching our potential. We can't even intereact with different cultures without killing, and our greatest nations were made possible by mass genocide. We're probably screwed
