Apparently the unseen kid could actually play the banjo really well but i guess his looks didnt quite suit the role though LoL. Also hayseed dixie(don reno jnr) claim that Don Reno snr his ol man sold the song for 10 dollars but im not sure on all the facts as i read that on the hayseed duellin banjoes video.

I`m sure he played it from time to time but, like most banjo players, probably hated the thing as it became such a cliche`, sort of like "Orange Blossom Special" for fiddlers; both great tunes but.......
