If you have never been to Penn Relays; see you in April 2009. Penn Relays is absolutely off the chain. The Jamaican schools dominate; great friendly rivalry between the Jamaica and the US; wonderful meet. USA - Jamaica!

as a former 400m man 47.60 open, i must say this was one of the most exciting races i ever witnessed in person at the penn relays...i just hope bryshon overcomes his injuries from this season at u.s.c. he is a great talent and i hope and prey he doesnt end up like obea moore and william reed...hardcore track and field fans and runners know what i mean.

I challenge anyone to find a more exciting 4*4 relay race than this one right here. I have literally watched it hundreds of times. I am a Jamaican but that Long Beach team was well put together and well coached. They stayed composed all the way through; even as the lead changed around them. Great anchor leg by Nellum, he is a true 400m runner. Doubt St Jago would have won even with a 100% fit Blake. The key was the poor 1st leg by Calabar and the equally poor one by St Jago's 3rd leg runner.
