lol I too like fishing for arguments from time to time. Youtube comments are not a great place to find educated people, they are few and far between. I find it's actually very depressing reading through lots of video comments. Makes you wonder how bad the future will be! Nice chatting with you!

Dammit. I hate it when I meet nice and educated Americans. Makes my whole "fishing for an argument" ethos completely irrelevent, lol. I actually love the country ( I'm English) but soooooo many Americans give the place a really bad name. well done you for not being one of those people! :)

Kind of. The call and response structure of blues has it's origins in Africa although blues as a genre did not really get started until black Americans in the south started playing instruments and singing. From blues, later Jazz, R & B and Rock all formed.

True, true. But you get my point. By the way, Jazz, Blues and Rock all have their history within Africa. It was black Americans that invented all three, all of which were an evolved version of what was already going on in Africa. They just took what they were doing and transposed it onto new and modern instruments.

I think America is bursting with culture. We gave the world Blues, Jazz and Rock. Americas culture is a culmination of all of the cultures of the various immigrants that migrated here 200 or so years ago. Culture is made by the people. Not how long you have been a country.

Definatly. But that comes down to history and to the fact that the yanks and Brits had to grit teeth and kick shit out of the nazi's whilst the French (government) sat back and did nothing (they actually told the nazis they could use France to attack Britain.) It's a shame because the French people actually did a lot to help the Brits and Yanks in the war. But because of the government they will forever be know as "cheese eating surrender monkies". Voila.

What makes the joke worse is that you are an American. Lol, how can you come on here and make a joke about the French having no culture, when you have none at all. About two hundred years of existence behind ya. Unless you're thinking about the native Americans of course...but...I..doubt that very much.
