ok microsoft, did steal some ideas not that it matters, microsoft does it like 10 million times better then apple. I would not call it ripping it off i would call it more improving...

Apple always steals ideas for Mac OS from the Windows concept videos. They stole the iPod Touch and iPhone idea from Microsoft Surface, which has had videos out for at least two or three years.
A few features were plucked from the Windows Longhorn video as well.
Then Apple turns around and says that MS copied them.
Then for some reason MS doesn't do or say anything about it. They never attack Apple about anything it seems.
Sad really.
