The S2000 AP1 goes up to 9000 RPM but not a big difference.

9500?! you just threw a bearing there bub! The 10% ethanol mix mandated here in the US is killing my gas mileage. I used to get a good 390 miles out of a tank, but it's down to about 340 (I've done my scheduled tune up too!)

Not sure what you're talking about there... the S2000 is an entirely practical car. Easy to drive, great A/C, good sized trunk... And the whole idea of a roadster is that it only has two seats. So where are you getting that?

The Honda S2000 is by far the best roadster out on the road. for value, for reliability, for performance, for looks it has it all. there too many things to list for this car. not to mention simplicity as well. I've owned mine since day one in 2001 and it still revs up to 9500 RPM without a smoke of oil. not to mention the fuel milage is GREAT on 94 octane! I LOVE MY HONDA.
