Well you have understood some things wrong. In the winter war 1939-1940 the russians were not skilled. But after the winter war, the russians had learned a lesson from the winter war. In 1941 when barbarossa came, they were better organised but still not good enaugh. In 1943 after Stalingrad and Kursk, they had so many lessons they were able to defeat the german army. But the finns were just to good soliders. also, these solider are Snipers, snipers had to be very good.
